Winter has come early for most of us here in States. In my neck of the woods, it has already snowed three times in the past week. Needless to say, I’m not a happy camper. Shoveling is NOT sexy! So to combat the frigid cold, I wanted to wear something super bright today to warm my spirit. While it’s natural to gravitate towards wearing dark colors during the colder months, try adding pops of color to brighten up your Winter outfits. Before you know it, we’ll be welcoming warm Spring days!

Oh jacket, how I love thee. And Savannah winters? I love thee, too! I’m originally from Michigan, so I’m used to frigid winters, but we moved to Savannah last winter and have skirted the cold for nearly a year. Well, we’re up to Michigan soon to visit family, and I’m dreading the reality of winter weather. I too am exercising a sort of fashion denial about the cold. While you have electric colors, I am packing the sorts of clothes I’ve been wearing here in our 60-70 degree weather. I have a winter jacket to convince the Michigan public that I am aware it’s freezing and snowing. But I really don’t want to wear tights. We’ll see how many days (hours) I can go in my bare legs…

Im moving to Savannah right now! Im SO tired of snow, cold and ice! If you have room in your suitcase, can I come home with you? LOL
I love electric colors – and that neon pink is awesome!! I’m still wearing jeans, t-shirt, sandals as we’re still in the 60s and 70s for daytime. And lots of sun. 🙂

Love Love Love the colors and the way you mixed them!! You look super fab!! 🙂 It’s so true, as the days get colder, we do get pulled towards the dark colors but this look is so fresh and bold! ❤

YES!!! I LOVE bright colors in winter. I don’t play by the rules haha, I will wear “fall” colors in summer and vice versa 🙂
